Pengaruh budaya organisasi dan penilaian kinerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Jasa Marga (persero) Tbk. Cabang Semarang
The primary purpose of this final project is to identify the influence of organizational culture and performance assessment toward performance employees at PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Semarang. The methods used in collecting data are interviews, distributing questionnaires to 38 respondents, and literature study.
The result of multiple regression analysis shows that coefficient of Y = 4.194 + 0.373X1 + 0.549X2. The determination coefficients analysis indicates R square=0.799. It means that culture organization and performance assessment has positive influence as much as 79,9% on performance of employees. Analysis of t test shows that the value t count organizational culture variables is = 2.759 with a significance level of 0.009, and the variable performance assessment for = 4.101 with a significance level of 0.000. Significance level is less than 0.05 which means that the hypothesis in this study rejects Ho and accepts Ha. F test from the analysis indicates f count=69,611 with a significance level of 0.000. This shows that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
Based on the results of the discussion, it is concluded that the organizational culture and performance assessment has a positive influence on the performance of employees at PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Semarang. In this study performance of assessment has a stronger influence than organizational culture, so the company should focus more on performance assessment.
