Pengaruh budaya perusahaan terhadap motivasi aktualisasi diri karyawan pada PT Pura Barutama Unit Box Kudus
The purpose of this study are to find out the simultaneous influence of corporate culture (innovation, hygiene, health, safety, discipline, neatness, and life) on employee is self actualization motivation, to find out the partial influence of corporate culture (innovation, hygiene, health, safety, discipline, neatness, and life) on employee is self actualization motivation. The method in collecting data were observation, interview, literature review and questionnaires to 100 staff of PT Pura Barutama Unit Box Kudus.
The result of the linear regression was:
Y = 9,739 + 0,349X 1 + 0,134X 2 − 0,135X 3 + 0,407X 4 − 0,002X 5 − 0,012X 6 + 0,753X 7
It means that there are influence of corporate culture on employee is self actualization motivation at PT Pura Barutama Unit Box. The result shows the influences of:
Innovation, hygiene, safety, and life on employee is self actualization motivation have positive correlate
Health, discipline, and neatness on employee is self actualization motivation have negative correlate
It can be concluded that:
1. There is the simultaneous influence of corporate culture on employee is self actualization motivation.
2. There are the partial influence of innovation, safety, and life on employee is self actualization motivation
