The development of digital payment technology (QRIS) is considered capable of improving work efficiency and payment effectiveness for MSME. However, the development of QRIS has also raised concerns regarding the cybersecurity of the QRIS system. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of ease perception, risk perception, and benefit perception on the use of the Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS) among MSMEs in Indonesia, as mediated by attitudes toward QRIS. The data used in this study are primary data collected via a Google Forms questionnaire accessible at https://forms.gle/FVGt7LS6CsBTKFVo8. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, with a sample size of 150 respondents. The methods employed included outer model testing, inner model testing, PLS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the hypothesis testing indicate that, ease perception and perceived benefits partially have a positive and significant effect on the use of QRIS. Risk perception partially has a negative and significant effect on the use of QRIS. Ease perception and benefits partially have a positive and significant effect on attitude. Risk perception partially have a positive but insignificant effect on attitude. Attitude
toward QRIS has a positive and significant mediating effect on the relationship between ease perception and benefits on the use of QRIS. Attitude toward QRIS has a positive but insignificant mediating effect on the relationship between risk perception on the use of QRIS.
