Peran customer service pada hotel plaza Semarang dalam melayani pelanggan
The objective of this final project are to identify roles of customer service in serving customers at Hotel Plaza Semarang, to identify the constraints found in the service and to know how to overcome them.
This final project used descriptive qualitative method. The data for this final project was qualitative and quantitative and they were taken from primary and secondary data source. Data were collected by doing observation, interview and literature study.
It can be concluded that customer service has an importatnt role to customers. although the customer service officer faces many problem and has to meet various customers with different characteristic, but basically, the customer service officer always provides fast and best service. therefore, customers service would not be angry, but they would be satisfied with the provided services provided.
