World trade has been entering a globalization era, which is indicated by the emerging of the open market. That means a great opportunity at increasing more revenue and higher profitability for Indonesian Industries, in extending their activity to enter the international market. Therefore an exporter must have knowledge about the rules and regulations in export activities.
The purposes of the final project are firstly to know the parties in export activities, secondly to know the documents are needed for export activities, thirdly to know the process of exporting goods, and fourthly to know the problem which often happens in export activity at Abi Citra Kusuma.
The methods of data collection are observation, interview, and literature review. The types of data are qualitative and quantitative data, primary and secondary data. This final project is written in descriptive method.
The result of this final project is The parties in export activities consists of directly parties and indirectly parties. In export activities there seven documents are needed. The export process at Abi Citra Kusuma using FOB price. The problem which often happen.
Finally, it is concluded that In export activities, Abi Citra Kusuma is helped by PT Syaiban as a guide. The system of exporting products started from the agreement by exporting and importing in proforma invoice as a sales contract. Abi Citra Kusuma in the payment transaction using the telegraphic transfer.
