Analisis kepuasan karyawan karyawan terhadap penilaian prestasi kerja pada Hotel Plaza Semarang
The purpose of this research was to determine whether employees were satisfied with the work performance assessment conducted by Hotel Plaza Semarang. Methods of the collection data were done through interviews, literature studies and interview quide to 50 respondents at the Hotel Plaza Semarang. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative method. this study also used primary and secondary data.
Results showed that of all the perceptions provided by the employees it can be said that most employees feel very satisfied about the work performance assessment that has been communicated to employees and the confidentiality of the results of work performance by 34%. While the things that make employees feel satisfied about the reliability of the evaluators in assessing their work performance by 72% and the responsiveness of the company that provided to employees by 70%.
Companies are advised to retain the service of the assessment that has been well communicated by employees, the confidentiality of the assessment and these assessments will not be detrimental to employees. It is considered very important for the employee and the employee will be expected to further improve the performance and responsibilities in carrying out their work.
