Faktor-faktor pembentuk kepuasan pelayanan administrasi pada RSUP Kariadi Semarang
The purpose of this research is to find out the patients satisfaction index and to find out factors that made patients satisfaction satisfaction on administration service at Kariadi hospital.
The methods collecting datadistributing questioners to 95 customer’s, literature study and the data made analyzed by customer’s satisfaction index.
The result shows that the level of the patients having health insurance service satisfaction to the employee performance and the importance levels is 87.61%. It means that the patients having insurance services satisfied with the administration services provided by RSUP Kariadi Semarang. The patients also has the percepyion that the RSUP Kariadi’s employee have been worship in assurance with the standart operational service, and they also have the perception there are 5 factors is tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and emphaty.
It suggested to RSUP Kariadi Semarang to improve employee performance up to 100%.
