Strategi peningkatan kualitas produk ekspor furniture pada PT Kudus Karyaprima
The objective of this research is finding the clearer description of the aplied strategy of improving furniture exported product quality and the problem existing in the company.
This research is written descriptively, and the data were collected by conducting interviews with the production employees.
The result of this research shows that aplied strategy of improving product quality is charactered by the production of inovative; consisting of 5 strategies. They are backward integration strategy, horizontal integration strategy, market development strategy, product development strategy and market penetration strategy.
Before the production reached the finishing process, furniture will get quality control program, they are QC RAW General, QC RAW Construction and QC Final Packing.
