Pengaruh kompensasi terhadap motivasi keja pegawai pada Badan Koordinasi wilayah II Provinsi Jawa Tengah
The company must be supported by high quality of human resource to reach the company goals. The low level compensation can influence official working motivation.
The primary purpose of the research is to find out the influence of compensation on servant working working motivation at Badan Koordinasi Wilayah II Provinsi Jawa Tengah.
The methods in collecting data are observation, interview, literature review and questionnaires. questionnaires are distributed to 43 civil servants at Badan Koordinasi Wilayah II Provinsi Jawa Tengah.
The result of the simple linier regression is Y =3.527 + 0.272 X. It means that compensation and working motivation have positive correlation. The correlation analysis indicates R = 0.315; it means that correlation between compensation and working motivation is sufficient and positive. Then, the t test test from the influence of compensation on official working motivation indicates that t count 2.123 is bigger than t table 1.68 by using two side test of 5%. This shows that Ho is refused, which means there is an influence of compensation in official working motivation at Badan Koordinasi Wilayah II Provinsi Jawa Tengah.
