Persepsi karyawan terhadap insentif dan lingkungan kerja pada PT. Nasmoco Kaligawe Semarang
This final project is objective is to find out technicians and sales division perception toward incentive and work environment at PT. Nasmoco Kaligawe Semarang. Data are collected by interviews, sending questionnaires and literature studies. Descriptive quantitative method apply in this study.
The result shows that the average perception score of incentive about technicians division is 2.75. It means employees are not satisfied with incentive system, while the average perception score about incentive of sales division staff is 3.05 that means employees are satisfied with incentive system. It necessary to give workshop and trainee for the employees to make them understand about incentive and increase their productivity.
The average perception of work environment of technicians division is 2.98. It means employees are not satisfied with work environment and the average perception of work environment of sales division is 3.1 that means employees are satisfied with work environment. Corporate should be make a policy about dicipline of employees to make environment keep clean and comfortable.
