Pengaruh kedisplinan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada CV Aneka ilmu Semarang
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of discipline on the productivity of employees in the CV ANEKA ILMU SEMARANG. The methods used to collect data are interviews, observation, library study and the questionnaire complition.
The analysis method used is the simple regression analysis. Organization productivity is affected by many factors, one of which is a discipline which has a number of factors such as employee attendance (x1), punctuality (x2), carelessness (x3), and slowliness at work (x4). The results of the analysis are Y = 15,089 + 0,778 X1 + 0,333 X2 – 0,232 X3 – 0,150 X4 + £ means that the slower they work, the less productivity they work. It is concluded that carelessness and slowliness at work decreases.
