Now internet comes with many benefits including the promotion activities. Many promotions have been done by many companies and personals promoting their products through internet service CV Jati Prima is a company that produces furniture such as cupboards, tables and chairs; all furniture is made of teak wood. The high quality products of furniture has the opportunity to be sold either in local or global markets.
The purposes of this Final Project are to design and upload websites as a media for publicity, display and sell products online using the CMS Joomla 1.5. The collected data consisted of primary and secondary data which were taken by studying literature and doing interview. The study was started from May and lasted in July.
The software used in this Final Project wA a Joomla as a CMS, PHP as a programming language and MySQL as database. In data processing, the components had been created by the administrator in backend with offline, however it can be accessed online by visitors as a frontend.
It can be concluded that the use of the website on CV Jati Prima as a media campaign can be useful for consumers. With the company's website information can be accessed any time and anywhere.
