Penerapan etiket sekretaris dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan kantor pada PT PLN (Persero) area Semarang
The purpose of this final report are to identify the application of the secretary etiquette in the office at PT PLN (Persero) Area Semarang. The data collection used in this research were observation, interview and literature studies and the analysis method using descriptive analysis method.
Etiquette used by secretary in answering the call and making call are not to let the telephone ringing more than three, always say greeting and explain the name of company and when answering the call the secretary should speak friendly in good intonation. In receiving the guest, the secretary welcomes and serves the guest with polite attitude therefore the guest feel satisfied with the service. In attending the meeting, the secretary applies the etiquette by coming early before the meeting is started and pays attention to the speaker during the meeting.
It can be concluded that the professional secretary in carrying out office work always applies etiquette because secretary has an important role for pt pln (persero) Area Semarang.
