Rancang bangun sistem informasi penjualan dan ketersediaan barang pada CV Zona Mas Yogyakarta
Computerization is one way to generate information that is fast, accurate and relevant in managing the data. CV Zona Mas is still using manual system in the sales and inventory. The purpose of this final project are to develop the application for creating an efficient in searching the data and transaction as well as for creating a practical value from work system. The method of collection data are observation, interview and literature. The method used are System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which consist of system planning, system analysis, system design, system implementation and system maintenance. The result of This information system consists of four main menu, they are file menu, transactions menu, report menu and author. file menu contains inventory data, employee data and customers data. Transaction menu contains the entry goods, cash sales, and purchase order. Report menu consists of the inventory report, employee data report, customers data report and transactions report. while the author present about the data of programmer. It was found that, this information system help CV Zona Mas to minimize the level of human error on recording and reporting of sales transaction and inventory.
