Mekanisme pengiriman tenaga kerja Indonesia ke Singapora pada BP3TKI Jawa Tengah
The purpose of this study is to find out the mechanism of Indonesian Work Force to Singapore through BP3TKI Central Java and to know the parties involved in the sending Indonesian Work Force of BP3TKI Central Java. The data were obtained through the method of observation, interview, and literature studies. The data sources were from primary data and secondary data. The report was written using descriptive qualitative. The mechanism of sending Indonesian Work Force to Singapore uses P to P program to send is house maid. The required documents are identity card and family card, health certificate, competence certificate, passport, visa, work contract, bank accounts, KTKLN, participants insurance card, free fiscal letter of recommendation, letter of departure. The parties involved in the mechanism of sending Indonesian Work Force to Singapore are PPTKIS, BLKLN, Banking, Immigration office and BNSP. The mechanism of sending Indonesian Work Force to Singapore at BP3TKI Central Java start from recruitment, selection, trainning, examination of document, departure preparation, departure, and placement. The contrains before sending Indonesian Work Force is working in foreign countries is a second option for people, lack of skill and language of the Indonesian Work Force, the complicated process of collecting documents convoluted and the existence of brokering.
