The writing method in this project a descriptive study. Types of data used are primary and secondary data. While data collection techniques were direct observation, literature and interviews with the company.
In the discussion of the results of pos service has two types of Express special services that Sameday Delivery and Nextday Delivery. In Express Post service has the mechanism of beginning the collection of goods to cover the goods prior to shipment. In this case there are some aspects of the main obstacles ranging from employees of PT Pos Indonesia, handling delivery, up to promotion.To overcome all obstacles to do is improve employee performance, attention to packaging items, repair services and promotional information, and add a mode of transportation.
