Efektifitas Komunikasi Interpersonal pada sub Bagian Sumber Daya Manusia PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 4 Semarang
The primary problem that is ussualy faced by the best Persero company such as PT Kereta Api Indonesia is the less effective of interpersonal communication that is done by leader, manager or staf. There are many mis understanding in a company so that it can effect a conflict, dispute and quarrel on each employees in office.
The purpose of this research is to find out the effectivity of interpersonal communication and to find out the efforts to improve the effectivity of interpersonal communication in PT Kereta Api. The method that is used in this research is interview, observation and review literature.
The result of this research is there are seven factors that has been effective and three factors that hasn’t been effective. Seven factors that has been effective such as tolerant, trusting, equalism, response, emphaty and suporting behavior. Three factors that hasn’t been effective such as open minded, togetherness and honestly.
