Mekanisme Penanganan Rubah Status Petikemas cari CY ke CFS untuk barang Impor pada Unit Terminal Petikemas Semarang PT (Persero) Pelabuhan Indonesia III
The aims of this final report are, first, to identity the change procedure from CY status to CFS of imported goods, second, to know the related documents of change status services, and third, to understand the surcharge in change status container from CY to CFS services. This final project used descriptive method. The data for this project are qualitative and quantitative and they were taken from secondary data source . Data were collected by doing observation, interview and literature study.
The purpose of the change status from CY to CFS containers for imported goods because in the container that contains the full is property of the shipper, however, is devoted to some consignee who are in the one country. So we need the change status of the LCL in order to facilitate the delivery to each consignee. The procedure of change status from CY to CFS, is consignee request for the change status included paid documents for impor service counter. The impor service counter functionary staff verify completed documents, and print out change status job order. Then, job order is given to consignee and produce job movement. The field functionary staff give job movement and moved container to trailler up. The functionary CFS staff print out job order of CFS for stripping. In the change status service there are some documents must be completed, that is delivery order, application for change status, fund scrip, and inward manifest. Besides the documents for change status, there are also extra cost for change status service, that is movement extra cost and change status container cost.
