The purpose of this Final Project are to identify the filing method and working process form FAB Indosat Matrix in PT INDOSAT Tbk. Central Java area, and making a program or digital archival system for form FAB Matrix with Visual Foxpro Application. The data collecting method in building a program are, by doing observation in PT INDOSAT Tbk. Central Java Area, the second method is by interviewing some Sales Administration staff, and the last method is by reading books and literatures related with the issues. to help the problems experienced by the company, the authors analyzethe company needed to make the program archive storage system using foxpro application. The information system design has some menus to help Administration Sales staff to find Matrix FAB that have been stored for long time. It is recommended that the use information system wich could solve the problem. Because the Program that’s been made by the author is easy to use due to simple language.the Program also has local data storage wich means the process would be accessed fast.
