Efektifitas Kearsipan pada Bagian Keuangan PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Cabang Bandara Internasional Ahmad Yani Semarang
The purpose of this research is to find out the existing filing system and how effective the filing system is at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Branch Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang. The methods in collecting data are observation, interview, literature study. This research is conducted in 25 working days at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Branch Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang and the data shows that the retrieving archive is only 8 days. The filing system is considered as effective after it is measured by accuracy rate. The accuracy rate shows 0 %, using most frequent number (modus). It can be concluded that the filing system storage at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Branch Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang uses Subjective filing system. Subjective filing system is used for treasury section. The principle of storage uses Decentralization Storage.Accuracy rate shows 0 %, that means the accuracy rate is good and effective.
