Pengelolaan Arsip pada Bagian Pelayanan Pelanggan PT PLN (Persero) Area Pelayanan dan Jaringan Semarang
The purpose of this study is to know records management on Customer Service Section at PT PLN (Persero) Service Area Network Semarang. The final project was written descriptive methods. The data were collected by doing observation, interviews with employees, literature studies and questionnaires at Customer Service Section PT PLN (Persero) Service Area and Network of Semarang. Records are maintained in the Customer Service section of PT PLN (Persero) Service Area Network Semarang are document that customers want to install new or additional power voltage. The storage system used are geographic, numeric, chronological and subject. The equipment used to store archives are mobile file, filing cabinet, cabinet, metal cupboard, ordner and folders. In each of the storage devices are labeled according to the archive storage system chronological, geographic, numeric, and subject.
