Jawa dan Yogyakarta. PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Semarang Selatan serves customers in terms of new installation, power changes, migration, and customer sanctioned Control Power Consumption (P2TL). It uses manual method in a management of archives AAIL (Amplop Arsip Induk Pelanggan). AAIL is a large pink envelope containing a history of changes to customer data stored in the cupboard. Every cupboard has no code or instructions in AAIL search. Based on the observation,is found that is not effective nor efficient in the search. Besides, natural factors could also make AAIL damaged. The purpose of this final project is make AAIL archival information system design based Visual Fox Pro 9.0 Application as an effective media archive management and fuel- efficient and better able to manage the database. The final project method of analysis written by Aji Supriyanto, there are system planning, system analysis, system design, system implementation, system maintenance. Method of collecting data using observation, interviews, and reading reference book. using a computerized program to effectively and efficiently time, labor, and equipment. Moreover, it can process the database properly.
