Penilaian Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Nugroho Pratama Chemica Asia Semarang
These aims of study are to investigate the implementation of the performance appraisal and to determine employee perceptions of performance appraisal of employees at PT Nugroho Pratama Chemica Asia Semarang. This final project uses descriptive qualitative method. The data for this final project are qualitative and quantitative and taken from primary and secondary data source. Data were collected by doing observation, interview, quesionare and literatute study. The result of the study show that PT Nugroho Pratama Chemica Asia Semarang using Rating Scale in the implementation and assessment of employee performance appraisal is done every 6 months in which time the assessment is carried out in the second period in January to June and July to December. This is done to support employee performance. Questionnaire are distributed to employees of the elements as well as the implementation and performance assessment of the implementation of employee performance to determine employee perceptions of performance.
