Penilaian Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Wilayah V Semarang
The purpose of this study are to determine the methods, procedures, and benefits of performance appraisal in Bank Indonesia Representative Office Region V Semarang. This final project used descriptive method to give us a precise, clear facts on the field. Type of data used are qualitative and quantitative data. Collecting data methods in this final project are interviews, observation, and literature. Benefits of performance appraisal in Region V Office of Bank Indonesia Semarang are to increase employee motivation, employee reward and employee coaching. The method used to assess is the Rating scale method, where assessment is performed by the direct Line Manager.The procedures are performed by following Individual Performance Indicators (IKI) of the first
evaluation and the determination continued by the final evaluation.
