The purpose of this study is to provide additional auction system that existed at KPKNL Semarang is to create an online auction system. The research method used is a system development method RUP (Rational Unified Process), which consists of several stages: inception, elaboration, construction and transition that can assist in the development of the system. Inception phase consists of a user needs analysis and conduct preliminary design software. Elaboration phase consists of a depiction of models such as use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams. Construction phase consists of implementation and unit testing. Consists of operating a phase transition and maintenance. Results of the design of this system is expected to provide additional existing auction system, so it can help the performance of the existing auction section on KPKNL Semarang form a more complete item details..
