Rancang Bangun Pengelolaan Dana dan Belanja Pada KPKNL Semarang Berbasis PHP
Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Semarang is a government instance that moving in assets and auction management. At the Division of Administration is made an application that can streamline and minimize the time that results obtained are maximum. In the preparation of this thesis project produced an accounting application in KPKNL Semarang which focuses on the expenditure and funds management. The goal is to control what activities are done by division in KPKNL Semarang then make budget realization report. System development method that used is RUP (Rational Unified Proces). The design phase of the RUP method consists of four stages: inception, elaboration, construction and transition. The modeling in this study is using UML (Unified Modeling Language), which consists of the use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams and deployment diagrams. To support the management of funds and expenditure, so the application is built with structured programming, using programming language PHP, Mysql database, and other supporting applications. This results application monitoring budget realization report for each period.
