Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Sistem Informasi Mysap Terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Dengan Menggunakan Metode Servqual Pada PT Pertamina (Persero) Pemasaran Wilayah Jateng dan DIY
The purpose from this research was to analyze regarding the service quality who affect satisfaction of MySap information system users at PT Pertamina (Persero) Marketing Region Central Java and DIY. Which it be measured by five variables there are tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Reseach method using multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 20.0 program. Sampling technique in the spread on the questionnaire this research used nonprobability sampling was conducted 65 respondents using a likert scale. Significant level used for this study was 5%.
The simultaneous hypothesis test show that of tangible, reliability, responsive, assurance and empathy positive effect on user satisfaction. The partial hypothesis result shows that variables of tangible, reliability, responsive, assurance and empathy significant positive effect on user satisfaction.
