Analisis Faktor - Faktor Yg Mempengaruhi Intensitas Penggunaan Sistem Informasi Penjualan Tiket Kapal Berbasis Oracle Pada PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Semarang
The purpose this research was to analyze factors that effect system intensity of use from oracle in PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (Persero) Semarang. The variables studied were the system quality, quality of information, top management support, user motivation, user participation as an independent variable, while the intensity of use as a dependent variable. Method of data analysis were analyzed by multiple regression using IBM SPSS 20. Distributing questionnaires was conducted 47 oracle user. Collecting data through questionnaires and interviews in PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (Persero) Semarang and travel agents ticketing sales. The results of the simultaneous test shows that system quality, information quality, top management support, user motivation, and user participation has a significant positively affect together to the system intensity of use. While The result of partial regression test shows that quality system and user motivation variable have a significant positively effect to the system intensity of system used.
