Communication is very essential factor required in every aspect of life.
Internal communication is a process of delivering information inside an organization. The purpose of the final project report is to identify the application of internal communication to give motivation to employees at Notary and PPAT (Land Deed Official) Sari Nitiyudo, SH. Office Semarang.
The project report was written by using descriptive qualitative method. The data were collected by doing interview, literature study and observation. The informen were 2 employees from Survey and Mapping Division of Notary and PPAT (Land Deed Official) Sari Nitiyudo, SH. Office Semarang.
Internal communication at Notary and PPAT (Land Deed Official) Sari Nitiyudo, SH. Office Semarang is handled in three lines, this is vertical communication, horizontal communication, and diagonal communication. This is intended to create a good relationship between the leaders and the employees and among the employees themselves. The problem of internal communication at Notary and PPAT (Land Deed Official) Sari Nitiyudo, SH. Office Semarang is the structured problem, there hasn’t been formal organization structure. To solve the problem the office is to make planning to realized immediately that is making formal organization structure. The conclusion is that the internal communication at Notary and PPAT (Land Deed Official) Sari Nitiyudo, SH. Office Semarang runs well.
