Pelaksanaan Pengadaan Karyawan pada PT Asia Pasific Fibers Tbk Kaliwungu
The aims of this study is to identify the task of Human Resources Department and the implementation of employees procurement at PT Asia Pacific Fibers Tbk Kaliwungu.
This final project uses descriptive qualitative method. The data for this final project are qualitative and quantitative and taken from primary and secondary data source. Data were collected by doing observation, interview and literature study.
The result of the study shows that employees procurement of PT Asia Pacific Fibers Tbk Kaliwungu refers to the job description, job specification, job evaluation, job expansion, and job requirement. There are 4 processes of employees procurement at PT Asia Pacific Fibers Tbk Kaliwungu, namely forecasting and filing needs of employees, recruitment, selection, placement and induction. Implications of the discussion employees procurement at PT Asia Pacific Fibers Tbk Kaliwungu are in accordance with the theories. It's just the process of selection, employees selection sequence which is different, but it has the same core. PT Asia Pacific Fibers Tbk Kaliwungu has its own policy in relation to the procurement of employees. In the selection process, PT Asia Pacific Fibers Tbk Kaliwungu not perform medical tests. This is because at the beginning of the job opening, does the company has put a condition that candidate should attach a health certificate from a doctor, so the company does not perform medical tests.
