Analisis Inefisiensi Penggunaan Forklift pada PT Coca Cola Botling Indonesia Central Java Dengan Metode Fishbone
PT Coca-Cola Bottling Indonesia Central Java is a production oriented company. Production activities will run fluently when the movement of raw materials from warehouse to the production effectively and efficiently. The goal of this research are, first find the main causes of inefficiency in the use of forklift. Second providing solution to the inefficiency in the use of forklift. This study consisted of 3 phase observation. First phase is to analyzed the causes of inefficiency by using fishbone diagram, this stage analyzed the cause and effect of inefficiency, the causes of inefficiency that have been founded classified to determine by using the pareto diagram. The second phase is brainstorming to improve ideas. From the ideas are collected and the analyzed using pareto diagram, to specify the right solution. The last phase is observation to make suggestion for improvement based on the specified solution in second phase. Suggestion for improvement are expected to reduce inefficiency use of
forklift.
