Upaya Peningkatan Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil Biro Keuangan pada Kantor Gubernur Provinsi Jawa Tengah
The purpose of this study were to knowing the rules and sanctions and also to find out an increase of discipline in Finance Bureau at Central Java Provincial Governor Office.
This final project was using descriptive method to gave us a precise, clear and fit facts in the field. The type of data used were qualitative and quantitative data. Source of data used were primary data and secondary data. Collecting data methods in this final project were interviews, observation, and literature.
Efforts to enhance discipline in Financial Bureau were giving supervision by leadership, giving socialization rules about discipline and also evaluating of
work result of civil servant
