Hubungan Antara Sters Kerja dengan Motivasi Kerja Karyawan pada PT PLN (Persero) Area semarang
PT. PLN (Persero) Area Semarang is located at Jl. Pemuda No. 93 Semarang Central java. This company involves in electric power distribution. PT. PLN (Persero) Area Semarang in realizing efficiency PT PLN depends on their employees. Therefore, the company requires to manage their employees better
to realize good performance.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work stress to the motivation of the employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Area Semarang. This study uses corellation analysis with likert’s scale to determine whether work stress has a influence to the motivation.
This study used samples of 55 respondents. Method of data collection using questionnaires. The results of this study indicated that work stress has a strong relationship to the motivation, this is evidenced with pearson correlation value
0,603 and less than 0,05 significant level.
