This final project report is descriptively writhen using qualitative and quantitative, data and they are taken from secondary data sources. Data are collected using observation, interviews, and literature, study.
The effort to improve discipline for employees needs to be improved so that they are more industrious. Withmore enforcement of discipline and the punishment given to the employee, the employees will be enforced and comply with existing regulations, and the use of an electronic to support employee attendance control fingerscan of employee discipline causes no more reason to come late and leave home early and absence of other employees.
