Analisis Pengaruh Upah dan jaminan Sosial terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Sai Apparel Industries
The success of a company in order to obtain a satisfactory result of theproduction process can not be separated from workers. Workforce is a factor that influent on productivity of a company. The productivity of a company shows the performance of the company.
This research aims is to know the relationship among wages, social insurance to employee productivity at PT Sai Apparel Industries Semarang. The method used is descriptive quantitative and the data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data, collected by questionnere, and secondary data obtained from the study of literature through the document, while the sampling technique is random sampling. The analytical tool used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. While the tools used to test the hypothesis is T test and F test. The results showed that the wages and social insurance affects the productivity of employees in PT Sai Apparel Industries. The cloncution wages and the social insurance can increase work productivity.
From the results of multiple linear regression analysis values obtained linear regression equation is Y = 0.923 + 0.436 X1 + 0, 497X2. The results showed that of the two independent variables, significantly affect the work productivity is wages and social insurance. Coefficient of determination of 0.922, which means that work productivity can be explained by the variable factors of wages and social insurance. While the remaining 7.8% is influenced by other variables not
included in the analysis model in this study.
