Penerapan Program Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dan Pemberian Kesejahteraan bagi Operator Rubber Tyred Gantry (RTG) pada PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Unit Terminal Petikemas Semarang
This study is about the Implementation of Safety Health Programs (K3) and Welfare Provision for RTG Operators working at Port Container Terminal Semarang PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero).
The purpose of the study is to determine the application of Safety Health Programs and welfare provision for RTG operators, not operators of other equipments.
The qualitative and quantitative data were taken from primary and secondary source, and were collected using observation and interviews. The data are descriptively written.
Based on the results of the discussion, it is concluded that “K3” program implementation for RTG operators are realized with Management Representative to support safety programs with good use of self protection equipments at work, training for RTG operators, and controlling records “K3”. Occupational health programs are carried out in stages starting from the initial inspection, periodical inspection, and special examinations. Welfare including allowances, facilities, and services are given by Port Container Terminal Semarang to RTG operators.
