Pengaruh komunikasi internal terhadap kinerja karyawan pada patra jasa semarang convention hotel
Patra Jasa Semarang Convention Hotel is a 4 (four) star hotel, who always emphasizes the importance of communication between employees. Especially internal communication is very important to support employee performance, but sometimes there are barriers in communication between employees. Barriers in communication makes"miss communication".
The purpose of this final report is to know any influence of top-down communication, bottom-up communication, horizontal communication and diagonal communication on the performance of employee of Patra Jasa Semarang Convention Hotel. Observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature are used to collect data.
This study is using the method of multiple linear regression coefficient analysis. Questionnaires were distributed to 50 employees as respondents. Regression analysis was used to determine the influence of communication from the top down communication, bottom-up communication, horizontal communication, and communication diagonal on employee performance. Data are processed using SPSS 20.00.
The result of this study is that the calculation of regression coefficients obtained Y =13.106 + 0.417X1 + 0.485X2 + 0.521X3 + 0.060X4. It means that result of regression gives positive influence on the performance of employees, and the coefficient of determination is 0.442. It means that the employees performance of 44.2% is influenced by internal communication. While the rest of 55.8% is influenced by other factors.
