Persepsi Karyawan tentang Komunikasi Internal Pimpinan dalam Pemberian Motivasi Kerja kepada General Affair Departement PT APAC INTI CORPORA Kabupaten Semarang
Internal communication is communication that happens within an organization. Good internal communication from manager will give the work motivation to the employees. This final project is about how employee perceptions of internal communication by the manager in giving the work motivation at General Affairs Department of PT APAC INTI CORPORA Kabupaten Semarang.
The aim of this final project is to determine the internal communication by the manager in giving for of work motivation at General Affairs department and employee perceptions of internal communications by manager in giving for of work motivation. This study uses case study models and written qualitative descriptively. The data are collected by interviews with six employees and one manager, observations and literature.
Based on the perceptions of employee is the good internal communications by manager was giving the work motivation at General Affairs of PT APAC INTI CORPORA. It is performed with two-way communication, motivation given through direct communication and awards, good internal communication will make a good condition to work and it will be comfortable at the working area.
