Analisa iklim komunikasi organisasi pada unit pelaksanan pengembangan perlebahan regaloh (UP3R) KBM Agroforestri Perhutani Unit I Pati Jawa Tengah
Organizational communication climate has functions to influence the way of life in organization, giving direction in making decision and behaviour, and motivating the employees in increasing their performance. There was a lack in socializing the regulation of time work that was indicating that communication was not working well in UP3R. This study aims to measure organizational communication climate at UP3R based on the factors of trust, participative decision making, honesty, openness downward communication, listening upward communication and emphasis on high performance goals. The population is all employees of UP3R amounting 36 employees used total sampling method. The data analysis method used is descriptive quantitative method. Calculations were performed using a Communication Climate Inventory by Pace and Peterson to determine organizational communication climate is high, medium or low. The calculations show that UP3R have high organizational communication climate score that is equal to 4.051. Organizational communication climate factor that has the highest score of the climate is the emphasis on high performance goals with a score of 4,25 and the lowest score of the climate is the honesty factor with a score of 3,944. This suggests that UP3R have good communication condition. However, there are still some complaints from employees about the communication in UP3R.
