Pengaruh Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) cabang Terminal Petikemas Semarang
Employee is an important factor in a company. To improve employees perfomance, PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Semarang Container Terminal Branche held some programs, one of them is training program for their employees, especially for operation employees.
The purposes of this study are to identify the process of training for operation employee at Semarang Container Terminal Branch PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) and to identify influence of training program on employees perfomance at Semarang Container Terminal Branch PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero).
The method of collecting the data are interview and literature study. The data used are the primary data, secondary data, quantitative data and qualitative data. The techniques of analysis used are simple linear regression, t – test and coefficient of determination. SPSS version 20.0 is used to process the data.
The result shows that the training program has positive and significant impact on work perfomance. The regression equation is Y = 1306,193 + 16,826X, the coefficient regression is 16,826 positive coefficient of determination result of the obtained 88%. It means that the factor of the training influence employee’s perfomance, from hypothesis testing it is obtained t count is 4,684, t table is 3,182, this means that the training program has significant impact on employees perfomance because t count is more than t table.
