Persepsi karyawan atas program pelatihan pada Departemen Produksi PT Asia Pacific Fibers Tbk Kaliwungu Kendal
This paper discussed about the types of training and the constraints in the implementation of the trainings conducted by the Department of Production at PT Asia Pacific Fibers Tbk Kaliwungu Kendal. The theory used to support the discussion in this paper based on Human Resource Management primarily related to the training of employees. The population in this study were the 94 employees attended the technical training in Production Department PT Asia Pacific Fibers Tbk Kaliwungu Kendal. The methods of data collection were through interviews, observation, case studies and questionnaires. The analysis used was SPSS Versi 16.0 and processed into the percentage of respondents using Ms.Excel.
The results indicated that the majority of respondents who participated the training responded in high appreciation, because the given value was between 64 to 81.99, while the average value of the index variable in the implementation of the training was 72.07, the average index of the variable on the coach or instructor was 74 , 77, the average index of the infrastructure variable was 74.87, the average index of the variable in the material was 76.07, and the average index of the variable in the training benefit is 77.20.
