Analisis Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daerah Operasi 4 Semarang
This research was conducted at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 4 Semarang. The points of research were to find the employee training program, to find out the employees performance , and to find how the effect of job training on employee performance. Total sample in this research was 65 respondents and used stratified sampling method. The independent variable of this research was job training and the dependent variable was performance of employees. Analysis of this research used validity and reliability test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis and F-test.
The result of this analysis was trainer indicator had influence on performance of employees, and the percentages of influence of the training for employees was significant values which 35,2% which indicated that the trainer, materials, methods, and participants affect the performance of employees, and the rest is equal to 64,8% was influenced by other factors that were addressed in this study. It could be concluded that training was very influenced to increase performance if employees of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 4 Semarang.
t was recommended that to increase the employee performance, PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) DAOP 4 Semarang should always arrange training for employees. The purpose and target of the training should concrete, trainer must master training theory, training material should cope with problems of works, method uses were group discussion, playing character, test, team work, study visit, and the job training, trainees should be selected who meet the qualification requirement specified and the participants were able to follow the training program.
