Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kinerja Agen Surat Kabar Suara Merdeka di Wilayah Semarang
Job Performance is the work related activities expected of an employee or organization and how well those activities were executed. Job Performance is about quantity or quality of output, or against multiple criterion dimensions. See employee evaluation, job criterion, performance review. Effectiveness of job related behaviour as measured against a specific criterion of success.
The purposes of the study are analysing the factors affecting performance of Suara Merdeka Newspaper’s Agent which variables are Commitment, Motivation and Control Evaluation.
The methods of collecting the data are interview, observation and questionnaires. The type of the data are qualitative and quantitative. Then, the source of data is primary sources and secondary sources.
The result t-test from analysis indicated that t count of commitment = 2.038, motivation = 2.153 and control evaluation = 4,604 are bigger than t table 2,0281 by using two side test of 5%. The results of this study shows that commitment, Motivation and Control Evaluation have a significant influence on Performance Agent. Then, the result Coefficient of Determination (R Square) was 0.525 or 52,5% of Performance Agent was influenced by commitment, Motivation and Control Evaluation. Whereas the other 47,5% was influenced by another variable which was not observed by the writer.
