Prosedur Menjadi Penyalur Produk-produk PT Sinar Sosro (Studi Kasus pada Kantor Penjualan Semarang Timur)
A distribution channel is the chain of individuals and organizations involved in getting a product or service from the producer to the consumer. Distribution channels are also known as marketing channels or marketing distribution channels.
The purpose of this final report is to find how the procedure becomes supplier at PT Sinar Sosro products in Eastern Semarang sales office. Data are obtained through observation, interviews, and literature. Source of data are from primary data and secondary data. This report is descriptively written.
To be a Distributor,a customer submits the proposal to the Regional Sales Office, having examined and researched then submit the application letter to the Regional Office, then the proposal submitted to the Central Office will be processed and approved. Be Dister, the customer submits the proposal to the Sales Office, then the letter will be followed by the Regional Sales Office then be processed and approved by the Regional Office. The procedure are same between Sub-Dister and Dister.
However, Sub-Dister is not authorized to control the region.Tthere are some sub-sub Dister in the region. Being Modern and Traditional Retailers, customers come directly to the Sales Office, then the proposal will be processed and approved by the Unit Manager Sales Office.
