Analisis Pengaruh Kepercayaan, Komunikasi, Kepuasan dan Komitmen terhadap Hubungan Jangka Panjang antara Supplier dan Retailer (Studi Kasus pada Retailer PT. Phapros, Tbk Wilayah Semarang Selatan)
This study is based on long term orientation. The purpose of the study is to analyze how much influence each variable that includes trust, communication, satisfaction, and commitment to long term relationships. Study has the independent variable (X) and the dependent variable (Y), where the independent variable is the trust (X1), communication (X2), satisfaction (X3), and commitment (X4). While the dependent variable is the long term orientation (Y). The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the long term orientation covering 4 dimensions. There are trust, communication, satisfaction, and commitment. Respondents in this research are 35 respondents, where the respondent is a pharmacy in the south of Semarang. Techniques of analysis used are multiple linear regression in SPSS 20. the results of the data analysis of this study prove that the variable trust, communication, satisfaction, and commitment influence long-term relationship.
