Analisis Pengaruh Motivasi Konsumen, Persepsi Kualitas Produk, dan Reputasi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Teh Botol Sosro pada PT Sinar Sosro KPW Jawa Tengah
Regional sales office in Central Java PT Sinar Sosro is a company engaged in the field of bottled drinking water in indonesia and in the world. PT Sinar Sosro has a philosophy that goodwill towards consumers and the environment. good intentions are described to be concerned about the quality, care for the safety, care for the health and environmentally friendly.
The primary purpose of the final project is to identify the influence of motivation customers, perception product quality, and reputation of the purchasing decisions in PT Sinar Sosro and of these three variables, which are most influential in the purchase decision.
The methods of collecting the data used are interview, observation and questionnaires. The type of the data are the qualitative and quantitative.
The results of this study shows that, the most influence on purchase decision the first is the perception product quality, the second is the motivation customers, and the third is the reputation have a significant influence on purchasing decisions in PT Sinar Sosro. Then, the result Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R Square) was 0.523 or 52.3% of increasing the purchasing decision was influenced by the motivation, perception, attitude. Whereas the other 47,7% was influenced by another variable which was not observed by the writer.
