Persepsi retailer terhadap Pelaksanaan Program Store Account Management pada PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk Divisi Regional IV Jateng dan DIY
The perception of retailers is very important for a company because the company could not develop without implementation of marketing strategy. PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Division Regional IV Central Java and DIY applies marketing strategy which is named Store Account Management’s program. The purpose of the study is to identify how perception of retailers on the implementation of Store Account Management’s program at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Division Regional IV Central Java and DIY. The methods of collecting data are observation, interview, and questionnaire.The result of this study was presented in frequency table shows that the perception of retailers was good. Respondents agreed with all indicators of Store Account Management’s program. The respond on implementation of the program has higher average score than the previous implementation of program which is indicated as 2.93. It is recommended that PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Division Regional IV Central Java and DIY to increase quality of the implementation the program.
