Kajian Minat Beli Konsumen terhadap Produk Peluman Fastron Series PT Pertamina (Persero) Sales Region IV-Lubricants di wilayah Kota Semarang
This study was conducted to determine how much consumer interest of lubricants Fastron Series PT PERTAMINA (Persero). Assessment was done to find out so that consumer interest in buying and using PT PERTAMINA lubricant products are had international competitiveness. A consumer in the purchase of lubricant is always considering product quality, perceived price, and attractive promotions. This needs the attention of PT PERTAMINA.
In the final project The Chi-square analysis techniques and contingence Coefficient used. Test samples were taken by change randomly as much as 33 respondents from 50 populations of consumers where are in the area of Semarang Area buying interest and the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 20 was used for the test.
The results, of this analysis indicate that there was consumer influence to buy lubricant Fastron Series in Semarang Area. Through the assessment of the quality of the product, price and promotion perception were found.
A suggestion from this study is, to see that the quality of the product, price and promotion perceptions had a relationship with buying interest.It is suggested that quality, price and promotion by PT PERTAMINA Lubricants should be noted and improved in on the people use so that, lubricant product Fastron Series in Sales Regional IV -Semarang.
