Analisis Pengaruh Produk dan Harga terhadap Keputusan Penggunaan Jasa Paket Pos Standar pada PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Divisi Area VI Jateng DIY
Product and price is related to consumers decision of pos packet’s services. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of product and price on consumers decision of Pos Packet’s services.
In this research, datas were collected by questionnaire method using purposive sampling for 90 respondens of Pos Packet’s consumers. This research also use qualitative and quantitative data to find out how product and price influence consumers decision of Pos Packet’s services. The independent variables of this research are product and price and the dependent variable is consumate’s decision of Pos Packet’s services.
Analysis of this research use validities and reliabilties test, Multiple Linear Regretion , hypothesis test with T-test and F-test.
The results of this research have passed the validity and reliability test by using SPSS 20.0 and resulting equation as follows:
Y= 1,729+0, 221X1+0, 128X2+e
Based on the equation below, variabel Y is consumers decision of Pos Packet’s services, X1 is product and X2 is price and e is standard error. Hypothesis test shows that product variable gave a significant influence on the dependent variable individually and stimultanely. The result of this research is shows that product and price are 5,6% have influence to consumers decision of Pos Packet’s services while 94,4% is influenced by other factors, not cover include to this research.
