Sistem Administrasi Penyaluran Beras untuk Rumah Tangga Miskin pada Bagian pelayanan Publik Perum BULOG Sub Divisi Regional wilayah I Semarang
The purpose of this research is finding the administration of rice distributing system for rice low-income families (Raskin) applied at the public service Perum Bulog Sub Regional Division Area I Semarang and the implementation of distribution system of rice from Perum Bulog Sub Regional Division Area I Semarang to Distribution Points This descriptive study used interview and literature study to collect the data. The data resources of this research are 14 public service staff and Distribution unit. Documents used in the distribution system of “Raskin” in Perum Bulog Regional Sub Division Area I Semarang are allocation request, delivery order, the recapitulation of delivery order, delivery summary attached with weight (test) expenditures letter, “Raskin” permit, receipt of good, the recapitulation receipt of good sales from sub-districts, the recapitulation receipt of good sales from districts. The parties are coordination of the central government to ward the lowest level goverment, BPS/TNP2K, Distribution Section, Warehouse and Distribution unit.
